A Unique Experience

Cast & Blast format with 21 two-person teams designed for all participants to have fun despite skill level.

Guided Fly Fishing for Blue Ribbon Trout

HomeWaters’ professional guides will ensure that you enjoy the unspoiled quiet waters of Spruce Creek and the Little Juniata River, teeming with blue-ribbon trout of trophy proportions. Bring your own rod, waders and tackle or use the gear provided.

Sporting Clays

Whether you bring your own gear or use the shotguns that are provided, the HomeWaters shooting instructors will be on-hand to see that you have a blast.

Impeccable Meals & Lodging

Steak, wine and fireside conversation — it doesn’t get much better than that. HomeWaters’ unique lodges range from a 200 year old re-purposed farmhouse to elegant rustic family lodges.

There’s No Place Like…

HomeWaters was founded in 2001 as a private fly fishing club. In fact, the New York Times would later describe it as “…probably the country’s most exclusive fly fishing club.” HomeWaters boasts some of the best trout streams and guides in the country, including the famous Spruce Creek, known as The Trout Stream of the Presidents (given the number of former United States Presidents who have fished the waters).

Since 2001 the Club has grown to manage many miles of blue ribbon streams across Pennsylvania. In recent years, HomeWaters has added new lodges, great cuisine, and activities in addition to fly fishing, making it a great destination for outdoor-oriented family and business retreats.
